Job Description/Requirements

Purpose:

To drive revenue growth by achieving the company’s set targets, while building and managing strong relationships within the assigned markets.

Duty Station: Kampala

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, train, and retain Unit Managers alongside productive Sales Agents for Life Insurance product distribution.
  2. Coordinate the distribution of Individual Life Products through the Agency.
  3. Conduct market analysis, recommend product enhancements, and provide actionable insights.
  4. Achieve and exceed Agency Sales Targets.
  5. Ensure continuous and effective training programs for Sales Agents.
  6. Foster motivation and high performance among Sales Agents.
  7. Develop and execute promotional activities to enhance product visibility in the region.
  8. Perform any other duties assigned in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance or a professional sales/marketing-related certification is an added advantage.
  • Valid IRA (U) Agent License.
  • A minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in the Insurance and Financial Services sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and training skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
