Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in a contract hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and contributing to overall business expansion. This position is based in Kampala, with the option for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement effective growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and meet client needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
• Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of advertising, digital branding, and market research.
• Familiarity with website development, hosting, and domain name registration.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
