Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research potential markets and clients to expand ITM’s footprint and service offerings.
- Manage and Grow Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor Market Trends: Keep an eye on competitor activity, industry developments, and client needs to guide strategy and product innovation.
- Oversee the Sales Pipeline: Maintain and update the pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion of leads to actual business.
- Contribute to Product Development: Provide insights and recommendations on high-demand HR solutions that align with market needs.
- Coordinate Project Delivery: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution of client projects.
- Support Branding and Marketing Activities: Help drive visibility through social media, corporate events, and strategic content.
- Report to Management: Provide regular updates on business development activities, project status, and sales progress.
Requirements
- University degree in Business studies or a related field, Preferably a Master’s degree
- Minimum 5 years work experience in sales or business-related activities
- High-level negotiation skills and acquired Sales Training
- Strong knowledge of local industries, employers, and business markets.
- Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in all sales- and service-related activities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven experience in developing account penetration and development strategies and making sales.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent command of English and knowledge of French is an added advantage
