We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executives to join our team. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to work remotely with autonomy.

As a Business Development Executive at Rosie's People, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will leverage your existing network and develop new relationships with potential clients to promote our various services and drive sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is self-driven, goal-oriented and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, emails and cold-calling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Generate and follow up on leads to increase sales pipeline
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of working with Rosie's People
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or L&D/Training industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales activities and track progress
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
