The Business Development Executive will lead the growth of e-Learner’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships, and promoting our education technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, networking, and proposal writing skills, with a passion for improving education outcomes in Uganda.

Job Description/Requirements
Some of the key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education technology market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and preferences.
- Report regularly on sales performance, business development activities, and market insights to senior management.
