JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking results-driven business development executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decisions makers, and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • PROSPECTING(LEAD GENARATION). Identify and pursue new business opportunities, research and identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities that align with our company goals and objectives.
  • COLLABORATION Work closely with cross functional teams, including product development (tech teams), care, product operations (Hospital Operations and HEALTH+) to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities.
  • DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH(CLOSING SALES) Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target markets.
  • MARKET ANALYSIS Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

 

Requirements

EDUCATION

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, economics, health care sector, insurance, business technologies.

KEY SKILLS

  • COMMERCIAL AWARENESS: Understanding the business and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • SALES SKILLS: Ability to source clients, build relationships, and meet sales targets.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in using job specific software like CRM and clout computing solutions.
  • (SERIS) ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Ability to process and understand market trends, competitor’s behavior, financial processes to develop growth strategies.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Effective communication to promote good relationships and develop rapport with clients and teams.
  • NEGOTIATION SKILLS: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • NETWORKING SKILLS: Building valuable connections with industry professionals and entrepreneurs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant work experience in sales (B2B), marketing, or business development is essential.
  • Experience in tech or software sales is an added advantage.
