JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Familiarize with all products and services offered by Treasure Communications.
  2. Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities and new clients through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with supervisors.
  3. Understand client needs, provide solutions, and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  4. Create and deliver informative presentations for potential clients during meetings and pitches.
  5. Maintain a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel) of prospective clients and track engagement stages.
  6. Conduct cold calls, close sales, and guide clients through the closing process.
  7. Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, and annual sales goals as set by management.
  8. Collaborate with leadership on sales planning, forecasting, and business development strategies.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  10. Support staff training to enhance technical and social sales skills.
  11. Attend networking events to connect with prospective clients.
