JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the Position:
To drive patient visits to the clinic by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, contributing to increased revenue and brand visibility.

Key Performance Areas:
1. Sales Generation:
o Identify and pursue business targets to generate sales opportunities.
o Increase utilization of existing insured, direct billing, and private clients through corporate relations and CSR initiatives.
o Secure new direct billing clients.
o Sell company products such as vaccinations, medical examinations (Medex), and training services.
2. Brand Awareness:
o Create awareness and visibility of AAR Healthcare services to increase product uptake and strengthen the AAR brand.
o Participate in marketing and sales activities organized by the Health Centre Manager.
3. Revenue Targets:
o Meet set targets for each revenue line, including direct billing, medical services, and other company products.
4. Product Knowledge:
o Conduct training sessions for AAR staff on products and services to enhance internal awareness and sales efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop weekly activity schedules for planned prospects and sales initiatives.
• Call or visit prospective clients and prepare after-sale reports for submission to the Business Development Manager.
• Maintain proper records of prospects, activities, and activations, and submit a monthly report.
• Address service queries from signed-up clients and provide timely feedback.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Business Development Manager.

• Provide quarterly market intelligence reports to senior management.

1. Achieve the minimum set sales targets for all products.
2. Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports as required.
3. Provide monthly reports on activations and market intelligence.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
o Diploma in Sales is an added advantage.
• Experience:
o At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
• Skills:
o ICT competency and proficiency in digital tools.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
