Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.

• Analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas and refine business development strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to our company’s overall success.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
