Job Summary:  We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting market surveys, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. They will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and ensuring the company’s CRM system is up to date. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market surveys and discovery meetings with prospective leads to gather relevant information.
  • Prepare initial analysis forms for visited leads/opportunities to determine their viability.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and provide qualification forms for at least 10 companies per month.
  • Create awareness for the company through proposals for engagements and events.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Participate in end-of-week meetings to review performance, challenges, and plan for the following week.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Provide qualification forms for at least 10 companies per month with mandatory information filled.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 meetings for qualified leads per calendar month.
  • Participate in 5 system demonstrations to leads per calendar month.
  • Help prepare 5 proposals for 5 leads per month.
  • Plan and execute at least one event per quarter with clear objectives and target market.
  • Update company CRM with daily engagement information from leads.
  • Achieve a minimum Gross Sales of Shillings Two Hundred Million (200,000,000) per Quarter.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, market research, and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
