  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales, and multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  • Define and execute sales plans, meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities, and generating leads.
  • Nurture and enhance client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing relevant insights.
  • Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a system.
  • Provide presentations, product demonstrations, and general support to prospective customers.
  • Generate regular reports on business development metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to firm leadership.
  • Update on the sales tracker to ensure coordination between the office and the field
  • Generate referral-based leads from our existing clients and your networks
  • Follow-up on customers to ensure proper use of the product and also generate referrals
  • Collaborate with associates to develop persuasive, tailored proposals that address client needs and showcase the firm's expertise.
  • Conduct research to gather information on potential clients, industries, and competitors to support proposal customization.
  • Liaise with compliance team to ensure that proposals adhere to client requirements and firm standards.
  • Perform other assignments assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.

 

Qualifications for B2B

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounts and Financial management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1-3 years in business development, marketing, or a related role within a professional services firm, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about company products, and learn about new products as they come in.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all work produced.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically about branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners, and support staff.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
