Job Scope: 

Reporting to the Head of Bancassurance, the Business Analyst-Bancassurance will, under guidance, be responsible for supporting the growth of the department from 4 FSCs to 40FSCs.Will also reduce pressure on the department and improve response and turnaround time for the department to adequately service the growing number of the bank partners

As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate should be an ardent team player, with excellent data analysis and people skills. In addition, the role requires an individual with an analytical mindset, proactive and self-driven and with the ability to meet deadlines on short notice.

Principal Accountabilities: - 

• Daily, Weekly and monthly submissions of sales trackers to inform MI

• Submission of weekly updates and KRAs

• Timely payment of FSCs and payment of incentives to bank staff and FSCs by the 10th working day of the next month

• Receipting Banca policies and policy document dispatch to banks

• Weekly premium reconciliations with finance, submission of debtors list to banks, submission of weekly failed DDs to banks, closing the un-allocated premiums gap

• Schedule and coordinate the Head of Bancassurance’s diary, meetings, hurdles and training for the week

• Ad-hoc reports and data analysis

• Ability to successfully work in a high activity, fast-paced environment

• Quick response time to stakeholder inquiries

• University degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Economics, or equivalent from a recognized University
