JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
The Branding Assistant will support the execution of branding strategies to enhance the company’s image and visibility. This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and implementing branding campaigns to promote company initiatives and content.
• Support the creation of branded materials such as banners, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
• Work closely with design, editorial, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Coordinate with vendors to produce branded merchandise and promotional items.
• Monitor brand performance across platforms and compile reports on brand visibility.
• Assist in organizing and branding corporate events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all internal and external materials.
• Gather feedback and recommend improvements to branding strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
• Professional: Certification in Branding or Marketing is a plus.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a branding, marketing, or communications role.
Core Competencies:
• Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate branding projects effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
