JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Digital Marketing & Brand Activation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of marketing activities—from digital content and CRM management to event execution and collateral development—ensuring all efforts align with our brand vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Execution: Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities, ensuring all content adheres to strict brand guidelines.
- Event & Activation Support: Assist in planning and executing brand events, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, and trade fairs.
- CRM Management: Support the implementation, maintenance, and updating of CRM systems and customer databases.
- Marketing Collateral: Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including videos and point-of-sale (POS) assets.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand activation is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B, automotive, construction, or heavy equipment industries is a significant advantage.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Hands-on, execution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines meticulously.
- Comfortable supporting events and working with CRM/database systems.
