JOB DETAILS:
The Brand Manager will report to The Head Communications and Marketing.
Main purpose of the job:
He / She will be responsible for developing creative solutions that increase well-researched, accurate and up to date data to determine consumer needs and ensure that all Pride’s Products/Services generate revenue. The Brand Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the Pride’s brand identity and ensuring that branding efforts align with overall business goals.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement Pride’s annual Brand strategy and act as the ultimate brand guardian.
• Manage the branding budget.
• Develop & Implement annual work plan for, branding and coordinate implementation in line with the annual budget.
• Develop strong products targeting identified markets and consumer needs in order to expand the market and increase Pride’s brands' share of market in various consumer segments.
• Coordinate all Pride’s marketing function to maximize synergies within the branches and ensure that advertising & marketing across all communication media is aligned to the defined brand identities.
• Ensure that all actions undertaken by Pride’s stakeholders are in line with the Pride’s Brand image and identity.
• Ensure that communication tools produced internally and externally are appealing to a variety of target markets.
• Ensure the quality and polish of visual elements based on creative flair and assess impact before production.
• Identify and implement new technologies to implement the Brand.
• Manage creative projects from concepts to completion.
• Oversee the production of the finished products so as to ensure required specifications are met and highest standards of service and products.
• Provide expertise to internal customers realizing concept designs for their product communication within strict deadlines.
• Responsible for the visual/ branding aspect of the website & intranet portal
• Strive to propose the best value for money solutions while being creative and innovative
• Propose effective brand communication solutions to attract customers and increase the brand love.
• Provide art direction for all communication items including brochures, signage, internal& external publications, annual reports, etc.
• Manage stakeholder relations with signage agencies and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with the Pride’s brand objectives.
Minimum academic qualifications, Experience & competences:-
• MBA
• Bachelors in marketing or related studies
• CIM – added advantage
• Five (5) years’ experience in Marketing or Branding three (3) of which should have been at Managerial level.
