Job Scope: Reporting to the Brand, Marketing and Communications Manager, the Brand Liaison Officer will be in charge of supporting all departments with branded items.
As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with excellent people skills. In addition, she/he will be highly confidential, the go to person with creative ideas, proactive and self-driven, with ability to meet deadlines even on short notice.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Liaise with user departments to identify their needs and support them with branded, Marketing materials
▪ Procure branded Items and check delivery for quality control
▪ Manage the process of quotations, invoices, contracts, LPO and payments for the suppliers
▪ Draft memos
▪ Stock Pru shop with relevant items all year long
▪ Manage brand stock inventory, share weekly reports on Pru shop sales and Issuance of branded items to users
▪ Work closely with agents and their leaders, FSCs and their leaders to identify their needs, capture their achievements, developments, and attend to their queries regarding the brand.
▪ Provide agents with marketing content i.e., Video, pictures, brochures, flyers etc
▪ Conduct Brand guidelines training with all agents and FSCs.
▪ Manage internal office branding i.e. office look and feel, website etc
▪ Record agency day2day video and project on the new agency screen.
▪ Provide agents with materials for activations and PAUL events
▪ Managing stationary at agency, managing reorder levels.
▪ Maintaining/in charge of health and safety guidelines at agency offices.
▪ Positively interact and effectively communicate with all PAUL team members.
▪ Simultaneously manage multiple assignments with short deadlines
▪ Undertake any other duties necessary to this post as delegated by your line manager

• Degree in Mass Communication or experience in marketing is an added advantage
