Brand Ambassadors, Travel Company, Uganda, E.Africa and Europe.(700 + Employees)
Position Summary;
Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with Key accounts.
This Role will focus on identifying clients and optimizing revenue growth ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong and aggressive background in Sales and management, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to strategically align clients’ needs with company offerings.
Should be a person that loves to travel across Africa, Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities;
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross sell opportunities by promoting services offered by company. Ambassadors will represent the travel company and its brand values, sharing information about its products, services, and unique selling points.
• A core responsibility is to convert potential customers into paying clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of the travel packages.
• Ambassadors will cultivate positive relationships with customers, providing excellent service and building trust in the brand.
• They will aim to expand the reach of the brand through various marketing activities.
• Ambassadors will act as knowledgeable resources, offering insights into destinations, travel itineraries, and relevant travel information.
• They may create and share content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates) that showcases travel experiences and highlights the benefits of the company's offerings.
• Ambassadors will represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events to connect with potential customers and promote the brand.
• They will collect customer feedback on products and services, which can be used to improve marketing strategies and refine the overall customer experience.
• They will uphold a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions.
• They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and skills
Education; Diploma or Bachelors in business related course.
Experience; 1+ year in sales
Sales and Negotiation skills; Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Communication Skills; Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
