Job Summary
The Branch Supervisor is the sales driver of the branch, responsible for pushing loan disbursements, savings and investment uptake to meet and exceed branch targets. They lead, coach, and motivate the frontline team, ensuring daily productivity, high conversion rates, and exceptional customer experience while keeping operations compliant.

Job Description/Requirements
1. Sales & Growth Leadership
- Champion daily sales activities across Accounts, Loans, savings and Investments.
- Cascade daily, weekly, and monthly targets to Field Banking Officers (FBOs) and Branch admins.
- Lead daily sales briefings, track performance, and implement corrective action immediately where gaps exist.
- Actively participate in field visits, community engagements, and market activations to generate leads.
2. Performance Management
- Monitor individual and branch sales KPIs in real time.
- Ensure at least 75% staff productivity daily; coach underperformers and recommend a reward for top achievers.
- Identify high-potential customers for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
3. Customer Growth & Retention
- Build strong relationships with key customers, groups, and community influencers.
- Ensure superior customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Drive initiatives to reduce dormant accounts and retain active savers.
4. Credit & Portfolio Quality
- Supervise proper loan appraisal, documentation, and disbursement processes to minimise risk.
- Monitor loan repayments daily and push collections to maintain a low PAR (≤ agreed threshold).
- Support recovery efforts for delinquent accounts, including field follow-ups.
5. Reporting & Insights
- Submit daily performance reports to the Branch Manager, highlighting disbursements, deposits, leads generated, and conversion rates.
- Analyse trends and recommend local sales strategies to increase branch market share.
6. Operations & Compliance (Support Role)
- Ensure that branch operations run smoothly — opening/closing, cash handling, security.
- Enforce compliance with Kray Microfinance credit policies, KYC, AML/CFT requirements.
- Report any operational, risk, or compliance issues to the Branch Manager immediately.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Microfinance, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance or financial services with a proven sales track record.
- Experience leading small teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Proven experience in leading high performing teams is a MUST
