The Branch Salesperson is responsible for driving sales performance at the assigned branch by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires a results-oriented individual who can achieve sales targets, follow up on leads, and support repeat business.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell company products and services to walk-in clients at the branch.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries, explain financing terms, and guide them through the loan application process.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Support marketing and promotional activities at the branch.
- Provide after-sales support and manage repeat client interactions.
- Ensure the branch environment is clean, welcoming, and professional.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in business, sales, or related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
