JOB DETAILS:

What you’ll do

• Own branch performance and deliver monthly disbursement and collection targets
• Oversee end-to-end lending: customer applications, verification, approvals, disbursements, and collections
• Prevent fraud and ensure full adherence to SOPs and customer protection standards
• Lead and coach your team, solve operational issues, and keep service quality high
• Build strong relationships with customers and local partners, and share market insights with management
• Handle core admin tasks: reporting, filing, procurement, and inventory management

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience driving sales and collections in a financial services or field-operations setting
• Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, integrity, attention to detail, and process discipline
