Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

• Oversee property inspections, viewings, and transactions.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance and key metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and property sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership position or management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet business targets.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is an advantage.
