BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

PROCUREMENT OF ITEMS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS

1. The Directorate for Ethics and Integrity has identified a need for acquisition of the underlined Supplies and Services under framework Contracts. Special Interest Groups are encouraged to participate.

2. The Directorate for Ethics and Integrity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the Supplies and Services as listed below:
   i. Procurement of Assorted Office Stationery under framework Contract
   ii. Procurement of Assorted Toner Cartridges under Framework Contract
   iii. Procurement of Tyres and Batteries for Motor vehicles under Framework Contract
   iv. Procurement of Catering Services under framework Contract (Upportunity Providers are also encouraged to Participate)
   v. Procurement of Hotel Services under framework Contract (Upportunity hotels are also encouraged to Participate)
   vi. Procurement of Media Services under framework Contract

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 from 8.30 am to 4.30pm.

5. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of U.S. 100,000 (Uganda Shillings; One Hundred Thousand only). The method of payment will be cash payment to any bank using DEI TIN (1001266638).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address 8(c) below at or before 29th June, 2026 at 11:00am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing declaration. Bid Securing declaration must be valid until 28th October 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11.30am on 29th June 2026.

7. There shall be no pre-bid meeting.
