BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING
Mengo Senior School invites applications from eligible bidders for framework contracts for Students' Uniforms and Food Stuffs for 2025 and 2026.

The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000/= for each lot to Mengo Senior School, Equity Bank Account no. 1039201162220.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be picked from Mengo Senior School Procurement Office by interested bidders on the submission of a written application.

The bidding documents shall be issued at Procurement and Disposal Unit, Mengo Senior School.

The Planned procurement schedule (Subject to changes) is as follows:
a. Publish Bid Notice 30 September 2024
b. Pre-bid meeting for Uniform bidders 11th October, 2024 at 11:00am
C Bid Closing date/time 30 October, 2024@10:00am
d. Evaluation Process 31st October 2024
E. Display and communication of Best Evaluated Bidder Notice After Contracts Committee approval.
