CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARING AN ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK AND GENDER ACTION PLAN.

The Government of Uganda through Water for Production Regional Centre-General in the Ministry of Water and Environment, is set to receive funding from the Green Climate Fund for the implementation of the IJMAC project to be used for provision of Consultancy Services for Preparing an Environmental and Social Management Framework and Gender Action Plan.
The Entry involves sedate proposals from eligible consultants for the provision of the above services.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Green Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act end is open to all consultants.
Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information and inspect the proposal document at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 to 5:00pm during official working days.
The Bidding document in English may be completed by interested consultants from the address at 8 (a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UCX: 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only). The money will be paid to the bank with payment documents obtained from the Ministry of Water and Environment.Water and Sanitation Development Facility Central shore Waikoo District Headquarters Road, P.O. Box 50 Waikoo- Accounts section. No cash will be accepted.
Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8 (a) at or before 12<sup>th</sup> November, 2025 at 11:00am. A Proposal Securing Declaration shall be valid until 7<sup>th</sup> July, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultant’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8 (b) at 12<sup>th</sup> November, 2025 at 11:00am.
There shall not be a pre – proposal meeting.
Bidders/consultants should note the following:
(a) Documents may be inspected, issued and delivered from: Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ministry of Water and Environment-Water and Sanitation Development Facility Central Park, Box 50 Waikoo.
