Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for Repair and Maintenance of Eco Stoves under Framework Contractual Arrangement for 18 (eighteen) months

1. The Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs with its partners has allocated/received funds for the used for the acquisition of Non-Consultancy Services for Repair and Maintenance of Eco Stoves under Framework Contractual Arrangement for 18 (eighteen) months.

1. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Services.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205, and is open to all bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Uganda Shillings 100,000/= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). Mode of payment will be by use of Bank Payment Advice Form to the bank upon which the bidder shall be issued an official receipt at MODVA Cash Office Mbuya.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00 AM, 29th August 2025. All bids must be accompanied by an original Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee and this must be valid until 1st April 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) at 11:30 AM, 29th August 2025.

6. There shall not be a pre-bid meeting/site visit on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice [N/A].
