INVITATION TO BIDDERS

CONSTRUCTION OF A CLASSROOM BLOOK PHASE ONE AT LUZIRA SECONDARY SCHOOL

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER: LSS/WRKS/2025/00002

1. Luzira Secondary School has allocated funds to be used for the construction of a classroom block phase one. Procurement Reference Number: LSS/WRKS/2025/00002

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2023 and is Open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8 (a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8 (a) and upon payment of a non-terminated fee of UGX: 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) on Luzira Secondary School, Bank of Africa, Account no.25207597003. On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit with effect from 03th November 2025.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 (a) at or before 11:00 am on 14th November, 2025. Submit three copies 1 original, 2 photocopies in a sealed envelope. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX: 20,000,000 (Twenty Million Shillings Only). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at Luzira Secondary School at 11:30am on 14th November, 2025.

7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting at Luzira Secondary School at 11:00am as per indicated date in the proposed schedule in this notice.
