CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE FRAMEWORK OF KAMPALA INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK-PROJECT NAMANVE

The Uganda Investment Authority received funding from Government and intends to apply part of the funds for Consultancy Services for Development of Operation and Maintenance Framework of Kampala Industrial and Business Park-Project Namanve.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above procurement.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and request to inspect the bidding on request via email under S(c).
The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at S(b) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) to the Bank. Payment will be made to Uganda Revenue Authority to a convenient commercial bank after obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the URA website. A receipt form the Bank shall be presented to the PIDU for them to obtain the bidding document.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at S(c) or before 11:00 am on 13th March 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at the address below at S(c) at 11:30 am on 13th March 2026.
There shall be no pre-bid meeting (Request for clarification shall be sent to the email under S(c)).
