PROCUREMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BOYS' DORMITORY BLOCK PROC REF: SMGK/WORKS/2025/00003

1. St. Maria Goretti Senior Secondary School Katende has allocated funds for the procurement of a construction of a boys' dormitory.

2. The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of:

1. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 and is open to eligible all bidders.

2. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(a) from 8:30am to 5:00pm working days.

3. The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 500,000 (Five hundred thousand shillings). The method of payment will be by bank D. St. Maria Goretti Secondary School Katende.

STANBIC BANK UGANDA LTD. Bidders shall then submit deposit slips to the school buscar upon which they will be given receipts on confirmation of receipt of the funds to the specified account. The document will be picked by the bidders or representatives from procurement and disposal unit.
