ADVERT FOR MEDIA SERVICES ON FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
MOIC TINCONS/2025-2026/00123.

1. The Ministry of Information, Communications Technology & National Guidance has allocated/received funds from Central Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of Media Services.

2. The Entity invites sealed tide from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

3. Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2023 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from a 02am-9:00pm.

5. The bidding document which has been prepared in the Eighth language may be purchased by interested bidders at 8(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 100,000. The method of payment will be URA using TM number: 1000028954.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 22nd August, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. Bid securities must be valid until (insert day month and year). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidding representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) on 22nd August, 2025.

7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit at (insert address and time) on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
