Description
HOCADEO is the social, economic, and development arm of Hoima Catholic Diocese that supports the rural poor and underserved communities through fostering sustainable development solutions by working with a range of local, national, regional and international partners in helping the communities identify and address the root causes of poverty and injustices affecting their lives.
Hoima Caritas Development Organisation (HOCADEO) has secured funding from Caritas Belgium International to implement the PROTECTRICE Project in Kyangwaki, Kikuebe District. In this regard, HOCADEO invites eligible, competent and legally registered entities to submit bids for works as shown below. All procurement processes shall be conducted in accordance with HOCADEO procurement policies and the applicable donor requirements.

Eligible and interested bidders may freely access and download the tender documents from the HOCADEO website (hocadeo.org) under the "Tenders" section. Any requests for clarification, where applicable, should be submitted through caritashoima@gmail.com or call 0774950135.
Bid Submission
All bids are to be submitted in hardcopy at HOCADEO head offices in Bujumbura East, Next to the Cathedral-Hoima City Uganda not later than 9th March 2026 by 5:00PM.
Opening Proposals
Bid Opening as per Hoima Caritas Development Organisation internal procedures shall take place on the 12th March 2026, for all Bids.
Kindly note that only successful bidders shall be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 1(One) Month after the bid submission deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.
HOCADEO reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to contract the lowest bidder or any other bidder. Any Kind of lobbying will lead to automatic disqualification.
