PROVISION OF EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT ARRANGEMENT- [BOUINCONS/25-26/00146]

1. Bank of Uganda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Provision of Events Management Services under framework arrangement as follows:

LOTS 1 – 3: Reserved for National Providers.
Lot 1: - Photography, Videography and or Media Production Services
Lot 2: - Rental items (Tents, Chairs and Tables)
Lot 3: - Rental Supplies (Platforms, Exhibition booths and mobile toilets)

National Provider: Means a Ugandan Citizen or Provider registered in Uganda and wholly owned and controlled by Ugandans.

LOTS 4 – 6: Reserved for Special Interest Groups: (Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs))
Lot 4: - Public Address System
Lot 5: - Decoration and Flowering Services
Lot 6: - Christmas Decorations

Special Interest Groups:
Women:
a. A biological Female Ugandan citizen aged 18 years and above (National ID must be submitted).
b. An enterprise that is registered with the relevant Government Body and is at least 51% women owned, controlled and operated on a regular basis. (Documentation proving shareholding must be submitted).

Youth:
a. A Ugandan aged between 18-30 years (National ID must be submitted).
b. An enterprise that is registered with the relevant Government Body and is at least 51% Youth owned, controlled and of majority Youth leadership. (Documentation proving shareholding must be submitted).

Youth:

a. A Ugandan aged between 18-30 years (National ID must be submitted).

b. An enterprise that is registered with the relevant Government Body and is at least 51% Youth owned, controlled and of majority Youth leadership. (Documentation proving shareholding must be submitted).

Persons with Disabilities (PWDs):

a. A Ugandan citizen with an impairment specified in Schedule 3 of Persons with Disabilities Act. (National ID and registration with Organisations such as National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPD), National Union of Persons with Disabilities (NUDIP), etc. must be submitted).

b. An enterprise that is registered with the relevant Government Body and is at least 51% owned, controlled and operated on a regular basis by one or more persons with disability who are Ugandan citizens (Documentation proving shareholding must be submitted).

1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on this Bid Notice and inspect the bidding document online under the procurement tab on the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.or.ug.

2. A Pre-bid Meeting shall be held at Bank of Uganda Headquarters, Level 9, New Building on December 18, 2025, at 09:30am.

3. The bidding document shall be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX.50,000 through a commercial Bank to the following account using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):

1. The bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders by email upon submission of request to procurement@bou.or.ug OR Bidders may download the bidding document from the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.or.ug and submit their bid with proof of payment or transfer of funds.

2. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11.00am EAT on January 08, 2026, and must be delivered at the Bank of Uganda Headquarters, Shimoni Reception.
