The bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders by email upon submission of proof of payment to procurement@bou.or.us OR Bidders may download the bidding document from the Bank of Uganda website www.bou.or.us and submit their bid with the proof of payment.
There shall be a virtual pre – bid meeting at 11:00am EAT on November 04, 2025. A meeting link shall be shared with all bidders upon request to procurement@bou.or.us
The deadline for bid submission shall be at 11.00am EAT on November 25, 2025.
