- The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at: The Procurement and Disposal Unit, Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Ltd, P.O. Box 7390, Kampala, Plot 37 Nakasero Road, 5th Floor UEDCL Tower, Tel: 0312 330300.
- A non-refundable fee must be paid by all the interested bidders. Payment will be made by depositing money into the UEDCL bank account that the bidder is given upon submitting a formal letter of interest. Before the bidding document is released, an original banking slip must be provided as proof of payment.
- The deadline for bid submission shall be as stated in the bidding documents available on the website.
