Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Trust (BMCT) started in 1994, mandated to work in a radius of two parishes surrounding Mgahinga Gorilla National Park (MCNP) and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (BINP). The area of operation is located in south Western Uganda, in the three districts of Rubanda, Kisoro and Kanungu.

BMCT invites Sealed bids from interested individuals or Companies for the following assets that are being disposed off “As Is”

Public Viewing of the assets being disposed will be held from Wednesday 13th August 2025 – Friday 22th August 2025 during working days at BMCT Head Offices in Kabale Makanga Hill strictly from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily as per the stipulated dates.

Bidding fees shall be 100,000/= for motor vehicle and 50,000/= for motor cycles which can be paid to Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Trust, A/c no. 9030005620731, Stanbic Bank - Kabale branch, the bid applications must be submitted physically enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked clearly with the category reference number or the item name before the deadline of 22th August 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with proof of bid payment.

Bwindi Mgahinga Conservation Trust (BMCT) reserves the Right to accept or reject any bids and is not bound to give reasons for this decision thereof.

All bidders must clearly state the preferred asset and value offer, which should be addressed to: The Procurement Department, BMCT P.O. Box 1045, Plot 4 Conyndon Rd, Makanga - Kabale. You are free to apply for more than one item BUT placed onto separate bids and properly enclosed.

All deliveries of bid application submissions at BMCT P.O. Box 1064, Plot 4 Conyndon Rd, Makanga - Kabale should be done strictly between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. by 22th August 2025. Ensure you register at the Front Desk at the time of submitting your application and indicate the items applied for on the registration Form.
