JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all beverage operations across outlets, ensuring consistent service and quality.
- Develop creative beverage menus, including cocktails, mocktails, wine lists, and wellness drinks.
- Source and maintain relationships with suppliers, focusing on quality, cost control, and local partnerships.
- Monitor beverage inventory, ordering, and cost management to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol licensing laws.
- Collaborate with F&B team to design beverage concepts for functions and promotions.
CONNECTION
- Build strong guest relationships by engaging with customers and personalizing their experience.
- Train and mentor bar staff, ensuring knowledge of mixology, wine pairing, and service etiquette.
- Foster teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth within the bar and service team.
INNOVATION
- Introduce unique beverage concepts inspired by alpine lifestyle, Italian traditions, and wellness trends.
- Stay updated on global and local beverage trends, applying them to enhance guest offerings.
- Use modern mixology techniques and sustainable practices to enhance guest experiences.
- Apply digital tools for inventory, cost control, and menu engineering.
CURATION
- Curate seasonal wine lists and cocktail menus aligned with Cloud 7 Colere’s identity.
- Ensure bar presentation, glassware, and service are of the highest standard.
- Create personalized experiences for VIPs, groups, and special events.
LEADING THE WAY
- Uphold the highest standards of service, etiquette, and professionalism.
- Lead by example in hospitality excellence, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Proven experience as Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
- Background in Italian wines and European beverage trends highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, training, and cost-control skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP, safety, and alcohol licensing requirements.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through beverages.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
