JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The Bartender will mix and serve delicious drinks for our guests at the bar and in the dining area. You will provide excellent customer service, build a regular clientele, and maintain the bar area as a clean, inviting space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
• Check customers' identification to confirm they are of legal drinking age.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and process payments.
• Arrange the bar area to be clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Relevant training certificate (e.g., Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a plus.
