• Analyze electrification projects focused on solar energy in Uganda’s education sector that could serve as a foundation for CWTL scale-up.
• Explore engagement opportunities with private sector companies (e.g., MTN) for potential collaboration.
• Develop a Scaling Assessment Report and a scaling agenda tailored to the DLG-led approach in Isingiro.

The consultant will undertake the following tasks:
A. CWTL Training Alignment with MoES TPD Systems & Policies
• Review existing MoES TPD frameworks and identify entry points for integrating CWTL training.
• Assess the capacity of teacher training institutions (e.g., UNITE) to embed CWTL into national training programs.

• Provide insights on how CWTL can align with or leverage these projects to ensure sustainable technology use.
D. Engagement with Private Sector Companies
• Identify private sector players with an interest in supporting digital learning initiatives (e.g., MTN, telecoms, EdTech providers).
• Explore potential corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships to support technology, connectivity, or financial sustainability.
