Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and onboard new customers, particularly in underserved communities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized financial solutions.

Savings & Deposits Mobilization

• Encourage community members to save and participate in savings programs.
• Promote financial literacy and the benefits of formal banking.

Loan Processing & Disbursement

• Assess loan applications and recommend creditworthy clients.
• Conduct loan appraisals, monitor repayments, and ensure minimal defaults.

Financial Education & Community Engagement

• Organize financial literacy sessions on budgeting, saving, and responsible borrowing.
• Engage in community outreach activities to promote financial inclusion

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track customer transactions, repayment trends, and product performance.
• Prepare reports on loan recoveries, savings growth, and community impact.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field.
• Experience in community banking, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and build trust within communities.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for loan assessments.
