Job duties:

• • Oversee daily bakery operations, staff performance and product quality.
  • Manage inventory, control costs and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Drive sales growth especially wedding cake orders, through marketing and client outreach.

Requirements:

• A certificate or diploma in pastry and bakery or a related culinary arts program.
• Proven experience in managing a bakery or food service operation is required.
• Demonstrated ability to generate ideas, market new products and grow revenue (particularly wedding cake sales).
