In this role, you'll create artistic cake decorations, figures, and themed elements based on customer requests or seasonal designs. You will collaborate with the pastry and decorating team to deliver customized, high-quality baked products, ensuring that artistic designs are completed neatly, on time, and meet client expectations. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in your workstation while adhering to food safety standards is crucial. Additionally, you'll continuously experiment with new decorative techniques, styles, and trends to enhance the appeal of the products.

• Create and mold artistic cake decorations, figures, and themed elements based on customer requests or seasonal designs
• Work closely with the pastry and decorating team to deliver customized, high- quality baked products
• Ensure artistic designs are completed neatly, on time, and meet client expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and follow food safety standards
• Continuously experiment with new decorative techniques, styles, and trends to enhance product appeal
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Art & Design, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• Strong skills in hand-molding, sculpture, or decorative design
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Passion for bakery art and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
