Background
Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting a B2B Sales Executive for a client in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans for fleet tracking, fuel management, and IoT solutions.
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Identify, approach, and pitch solutions to high-value enterprise clients across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain an accurate, transparent, and results-driven sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed regional sales performance goals.
- Collaborate with senior management, business development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements, and provide data-driven reports and insights to management.
- Travel to different countries as required to support business development and client engagement activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- A CIM qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales.
- Strong industry background in Software, Payments and Fintech.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully close high-value business deals.
- Strong understanding of the software and technology ecosystem.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Must possess a valid passport and a valid driving permit is an added advantage.
