About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Product Operations Specialist to support our product and commercial teams in optimizing our B2B software solutions. You will help bridge the gap between customers, internal teams, and product development, ensuring that our solutions meet client needs and drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in product-related roles, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations, development, and design teams to define, prioritize, and follow up on product features.
  • Collect feedback from clients and internal teams (sales, support, marketing) and translate it into product improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing demos, presentations, and functional documentation for new features.
  • Support the commercial team in understanding the technical aspects of the product and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Analyze basic product usage metrics and user behavior to detect patterns or needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes, from ideation to launch.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Proactive, curious, fast learner, and able to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.

Minimum of Experience:

  • Some prior experience in product operations, product support, or related roles (not necessarily senior).

Qualifications:

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply in both Spanish and English.
  • Curiosity about business and client needs.
  • Initiative and autonomy to learn and propose improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion) or CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Interest in growing into a Product Management or Product Operations role in a tech environment.
