Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AutoCAD/ArchiCAD/Revit Developer and Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both developing BIM-based workflows and delivering technical training to professionals in the architecture and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver training programs for AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and/or Revit users of varying skill levels.
• Develop custom add-ins, scripts, or plugins to extend CAD/BIM functionality using APIs (AutoLISP, Dynamo, Revit API, GDL, etc.).
• Evaluate training needs and tailor content to client or team requirements.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to teams during software implementation and adoption.
• Create user guides, tutorials, and documentation to support learning.
• Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in using and training on AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and/or Revit.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or scripting environment relevant to CAD/BIM platforms (e.g., Python, C#, AutoLISP, Dynamo, GDL).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in curriculum development and technical instruction (online and/or in-person).
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide support for complex modeling or documentation tasks.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
