Job Summary

Our client is seeking a professional Auditor to independently evaluate their financial systems, operational processes, and internal controls. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Job Description

• They have to plan, schedule, and conduct regular audits of financial records and operational processes
• Examine internal controls and identify gaps in compliance or efficiency
• Verify that financial statements and reports conform to regulatory and accounting standards
• Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations for management
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to implement audit recommendations
• Ensure all regulatory filings and tax obligations are met accurately and on time

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timeliness and accuracy of audit reports
• Compliance issues identified and resolved

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of audit procedures, risk assessment, and compliance
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• High integrity and discretion
• Experience in real estate or service-sector audits is an added advantage
• Age preference: 27-40 years old
