JOB DETAILS:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing 360° GTM plans based on approved strategies and creative concepts.
- Ensure clear communication of activities and execution standards to internal teams.
- Plan and execute brand communications across digital, social, print, and outdoor channels.
- Develop and refine brand messaging aligned with corporate vision.
- Provide copywriting support and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and positioning.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop campaigns and brand assets.
- Support brand reputation efforts and build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Liaise with agencies and vendors, ensuring adherence to brand standards and timely payment processing.
- Act as an internal and external brand ambassador.
- Assist in managing brand intellectual property and maintaining content integrity.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver brand initiatives.
- Support teams in setting SMART goals and preparing quality reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and communication technologies.
- Promote Ubuntu and uphold company values.
Academic Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- CIM certification is an added advantage
- 2–4 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
- Creative, proactive, and innovative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
