We want our clinicians to have a say in their future; for this reason, the compensation for this role can be structured as ProSal (without negative accrual) or salary, according to the preference of the applicant. Compensation will be reviewed at least annually to ensure that appropriate adjustments are made to base compensation to reflect any increases in productivity.
