Job Summary
Strategy
• To assist and support WM in achieving and maintaining daily and overall sales targets by providing up to date relevant information on new and existing customers.
Business
• To create awareness on FX, FI & managed Investments opportunities and drive sales of Treasury products profitably to each Wealth markets customer.
• To sell Treasury products profitably to each of allocated groups of Retail customers, acting as their primary point of contact in treasury for pricing.
• To grow Wealth markets FX, FI & managed Investments revenues.
• Respond speedily and positively to all requests from customers for a specific transaction or for more general advice, or introduction to a more appropriate contact within SCB, whether or not the request is from the specifically allocated group of customers.
• To keep an up-to-date database on all top key forex banking customers and prospective clients at all times.

• Business Development & Change Management – looking into new business growth areas,

• Ensure self-development through regular review of progress with Team leader CMPS, with the objective of meeting present and future.

Key stakeholders
Internal
• Director, Market Product Specialist, WM: Business development, personal growth and any other matters that arise in the normal course of business and in exceptional situations.
• Trading Desks: To collaborate on pricing for products dealt with customers.
• FMO, CMO, T&O and other operational units: To see through transactions from the time of booking to settlement & beyond.
• Head Affluent segment, Head BB & Head Personal banking: To secure assistance and collaboration in achieving revenue objectives.

External
• Clients: Network with customers, promote the bank & facilitate marketing of FM/CMPS solutions & capabilities, solicit customer feedback

Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience in banking /selling of Treasury products.
• Excellent understanding of FX, equities, bonds and derivatives.
• Deep understanding of pricing of Treasury & Structured products.
• Ability to determine appropriate product /pricing strategies.
• Good knowledge of operational and systems user requirements for financial products.
• Ability to represent and project the Bank externally.
