As a Risk & Quality Associate, you will play a critical role supporting our internal and client service teams working to build trust and create sustained outcomes for PwC and our clients. Your key roles will include:
• Updating and maintaining documentation of the PwC Risk Management System
• Supporting PwC teams in achieving compliance with our Risk & Quality framework
Monitoring emerging firmwide risks, in consultation with other Risk and Quality teams
• Performing regular reviews of compliance with Risk Management standards and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders, in conjunction with the Risk & Quality team
• Monitoring and facilitating internal training (e-learning and classroom based training) on Risk & Quality matters
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on Risk & Quality activities
• Supporting internal and external monitoring reviews and inspections for certification and regulatory purposes and;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Risk & Quality Manager

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with both local and international teams
• Ability to deliver results on time and work effectively under pressure

• Strong work ethics and integrity
Experience and Qualifications
• A degree in a business-related discipline with an outstanding academic track record.
• Membership of the Institute of Risk Management or the Business Continuity Institute would be an added advantage.
