Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the District Secretary in managing administrative functions.
• Coordinate and supervise subordinate staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Draft reports, correspondence, and memos for the district office.

• Monitor and ensure the implementation of policies and guidelines in the district.
• Manage the district’s records and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in public sector administration or local government work is an added advantage.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
