Role Overview:

As an Assistant Program Manager, you collaborate closely with the Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects or program components. Your meticulous organization and keen eye for detail are essential for aligning the program’s goals with organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy and Alignment:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies, objectives, and policies to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand program requirements and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate logistics for program events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Handle venue selection, participant communication, and material preparation.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor program budgets, track expenditures, and assist in budget planning.
  • Ensure financial accountability and efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between program stakeholders.
  • Draft and distribute regular program updates and reports to keep all parties informed.

Grant Writing and Fundraising:

  • Support the Program Manager in grant writing and fundraising activities.
